Sajith’s party office attackers yet to be identified

Two individuals who had attacked the party office of Presidential candidate Minister Sajith Premadasa situated in Anodagama in Weeraketiya are yet to be identified, police said.

The suspects on a motorcycle had attacked the party office and damaged properties on Wednesday (23) night. This office had been opened at the place with permission in the morning of the same day.

The police had arrested one suspect in connection with the incident where a father and a brother of a Co-ordinating Secretary to Minister Premadasa had been attacked by a gang of drunk individuals at Hungama on October 19. Another two suspects are yet to be arrested in connection with the incindent, Hungama police said.
