The report of the Committee on the recent occurrence of intermittent power outages experienced across the island and steps to be taken to prevent them will be presented to the Cabinet tomorrow (26), Power Ministry sources yesterday told the Daily News.
"The nine-member Committee headed by Rahula Atalage, which was appointed to look into the source of these power outages and to outline detailed measures for preventing such occurrences in the future had yesterday handed its report to Power Minister Dullas Alahapperuma," sources said. "The report is due to be examined by Power Minister Alahapperuma today and it will be presented to the Cabinet tomorrow," sources said.
