A two-day workshop will be held for Parliamentarians today and tomorrow, in order to raise awareness on the activities of Parliament, Parliament Secretary-General Dammika Dasanayake stated in a press release, yesterday.
Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa will be the chief guest at the workshop, which will be attended by Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa.
The Parliament Secretariat has made all the necessary arrangements to hold the workshop, which will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Committee Room No. 01 of the Parliament.
