Seven suspects were arrested by Criminal Investigation Department for aiding and abetting MP Rishad Bathiudeen, said the Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana.
A lady doctor is also among the individuals arrested.
They will be produced before the Fort Magistrate’s Court this evening.

The owner of the house where former MP Rishad Bathiudeen had been stayed, when he was taken into custody was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department, said the Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana.
