The Colombo Chief Magistrate today lifted the overseas travel ban imposed on Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa and three others.
The case was taken up before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today.
Minister Namal Rajapaksa and others had been allegedly involved in money laundering to the amount of Rs. 15 million at NR Consultation Pvt Ltd and another Rs.30 million in Gowers Corporation Pvt Ltd, in 2012.
