Businessman’s motorcycle stolen

The motorcycle of a gem businessman in Beruwala was stolen on June 11.

Police said that the businessman had come to the market riding a motorcycle and when he returned after the transactions, to the place where he left the vehicle, he found the motorcycle missing.

He made a complaint at the Beruwala Police. The CCTV camera footage shows that the motorcycle worth around Rs. 250,000 was taken away by a person wearing a helmet.

It was revealed that robberies of bicycles were reported from the area but it was for the first time a motorcycle theft was reported in many years.
