Dullas to move Adjournment Motion in House today

Parliamentarian Dullas Alahapperuma will move an Adjournment Motion with regard to the ‘Impacts on children’s education in the post-Easter Sunday attack period’ to the House today (21).

Accordingly, the debate will be held focusing on the impacts made on education by the Easter Sunday attack, COVID-19 pandemic and the present economic crises. “It should be the foremost responsibility of the policy makers and citizens to forget all divisions and act unitedly in order to eradicate any impediments to children’s education amidst any crisis,” he said.
