Mediation Boards temporarily suspended

The services of the Mediation Boards in the Kurunegala district have been temporarily suspended by the Justice Ministry due to the fuel crisis. A spokesman for the Ibbagamuwa Mediation Board said that there are 30 Mediators on the Board and nearly 60 persons attend the sessions every weekend seeking solutions to their problems.

Meanwhile the payments due to the Mediators have not been made for the last five months.
