Hijra Sports Club, Akkaraipattu emerged champions of the ‘FFSL President’s Gold Cup -2022’ Soccer Tournament conducted by the Akkaraipattu Football League (AFL) when they beat the defending champions Supersonic Sports Club, Addalaichenai by 2:0 in the finals played at Public Play Grounds, Akkaraipattu recently. Akkaraipattu Football League (AFL) President Azmy A Gaffoor organized this tournament.
