Monies missing from PNB office

Money amounting to Rs. 2.6 mn related to a lawsuit kept at the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) has disappeared. The said amount of money disappeared two weeks ago. No action has been taken to carry out

an investigation regarding the disappearance.No officer has been charged.

Sources said some officials are trying to cover up the incident by replacing the lost money from a different amount of money taken into custody by another police station.
