US will support country in crisis - Nuland

The United States (US) will continue to support Sri Lanka through its economic crisis, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said. She made the above comment on her Twitter after meeting Foreign Minister Ali Sabry, PC, on Wednesday on the sidelines of the 77th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. She added that both countries would work together to support a free and prosperous region.
