Dean to lodge police complaint against threats

A complaint will be lodged at Peradeniya Police over death threats on him by a group of students of the Student’s Union , Arts Faculty Dean Dr. Prabath Ekanayake said.

He said that he made a similar complaint to Peradeniya Police when a group of students of the Law Faculty was assaulted on September 14.

Students’ Union President Anuradha Vithanage on Wednesday refuting claims of death threats on the Arts Faculty Dean, questioned why legal action was not taken if it was true.
