Police record nearly 200 statements

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) investigating the murder of Janashakthi Group Director Dinesh Schaffter, has recorded statements from nearly 200 people.

It is said that among those who have been questioned   are family members of Dinesh Schaffter, the employees of the house, and the members of the security department who provide security to the house and his office.

Police media spokesman SSP Nihal Talduwa stated that no suspect has been arrested in connection with this murder and the Criminal Investigation Department is conducting further investigations in this regard.
