Revolutionary film-maker Opposition Leader

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa stated in Parliament that late Dr. Sumithra Peries together with her late husband revolutionized the Sri Lankan film industry.

“She was an exceptional woman. She kept an unforgettable mark in our minds owing to the great contribution she did to the film industry in our country,” the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said.
