National Development Bank PLC (NDB) continued with the Carbon Footprint Verification for the second year.
The Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the verification body ‘Sri Lanka Climate Fund’ (SLCF) to ascertain the Bank’s ‘Carbon Footprint’ - also known as “GHG Assessment”.
Climate Action is a key focus area in the NDB’s sustainability agenda and the Bank is focussed on reducing its carbon emissions whilst incorporating best practices for operating in the most sustainable and climate friendly way possible.
