CIPM, Academy to Innovate Human Resources signs MoU

CIPM, the nation’s leader in HRM in Sri Lanka and AIHR, the Netherland-based international institutethat aims at innovating HR, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote the educational programme of the AIHR Institute in the Asian Region on January 12.

A virtual signing ceremony was held with the participation of Nyasha Mupfumi, the Partner Manager for AIHR and Ken Vijayakumar, the President of CIPM. Vice President of CIPM, Hony. Secretary of CIPM, Hony. Treasurer of CIPM, Members of the Executive Council of CIPM, Chairman of the Standing Committee of PMS, Members of the Standing Committee on PMS, CEO of CIPM, HOD’s and staff of CIPM gathered at CIPM Members Lounge to witness this historic event.

The CIPM is the pioneering and most recognised professional body in HRM in Sri Lanka that has made it its aim to raise thebars of the discipline of HR in the Asian region to a future-proof global standard by introducing modern and in-demand HR skills to their HR professionals.

Similarly, the AIHRconsiders its mission to future-proof HR by offering world-class online training programs for HR Professionals.
