Panadura South Police said that a 17 year old youth residing in Bekkegama was arrested in connection with murder of man at a garment factory in Panadura on Wednesday night.
Sebastiange Miyuru Hasanjaya (23) was hacked to death at the entrance of the garment factory Police investigations have revealed that a group had come in two three-wheelers and two
motorcycles to carry out the attack, and police said that it was confirmed during investigations that the suspect in custody had come in a three-wheeler to assist the main suspect.
The suspect was arrested and the three-wheeler he had come in was also taken into police custody.
The police said that they are conducting further investigations in search of the main suspect and other suspects.The suspect was to be produced before the Panadura Magistrate’s Court.
