The Board of Directors of Union Bank of Colombo PLC, announced the appointment of Yudy Kanagasabai as an independent non-executive director with effect from July 27, 2016.
Kanagasabai, is a renowned accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and possesses over 35 years of experience in accounting and audit. He has been employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers throughout his career, and has completed his term as a Territory Senior Partner on June 30, 2016.
