Teenager dies in mo-bike crash

A school boy riding a motorcycle with two other friends at high speed crashed into a lamp post, killing him near the Kandevivekarama Temple in Ethanamandala in Kalutara South. The victim suffered serious his head injuries while the other too were injured.

The critically injured boy died on admission to the Kalutara Nagoda General Hospital and his friends are under medical treatment at the accident ward, police said.

Police said the uncontrollable high speed of the motorcycle was the cause of the accident.
