Three persons were arrested by the Trincomalee Regional Narcotics Bureau with 9,970 milligrams of Kerala cannabis yesterday (30) in the Trincomalee Uppuvelli area.
Initially, a suspect was arrested in Trincomalee, Killikuchchimalai with 1,250 mg of Kerala cannabis.
Thereafter, another person was arrested with 6,300 mg of Kerala cannabis in the Kanniya area of Trincomalee, on information provided by the first suspect.
