Funds of the Itukama Covid-19 Health and Social Security Fund rose to Rs. 1128 million yesterday. Sports Ministry staff donated Rs.2,205,448.89 to the Fund yesterday while Minister Mahinda Amaraweera donated his salary of Rs.66,000 for the month of May. The School Dental Association donated Rs. 500,000 to the Fund while St. Pauls Milagiriya handed over Rs. 225,000 to the President for the Fund. Here, Attorney General Dappula de Livera handing over a cheque for Rs.3,626,449.00 donated by the Legal Officers Association of the Attorney General’s Office to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday.
