Former United National Party MP Ashu Marasinghe stated that the UNP is ready to join hands with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) as well as other Opposition parties to build a strong alliance against the current Government.
He was speaking at a UNP media briefing in Anuradhapura on Sunday. Several UNP leaders attended the event.
Former UNP Parliamentarian Saman Ratnapriya said that the current Government’s economic and political management has weakened and that the COVID-19 epidemic has been turned into a business by the Government.
