Ordnance Corps Army Inter-Regimental badminton champs

The Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) emerged men's champions while the Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) secured the runner-up position in the Army Inter-Regimental Badminton Championship worked off at the Panagoda Army indoor courts recently.

The tournament worked off from June 12 to 15 where men's and women's teams from 11 Regiments competed. Major General Dananjith Karunarathna, the Chief Field Engineer was the chief guest at the award ceremony and gave away the main awards. The tournament was organized by the Army Badminton Association under the instruction of its chairman Brigadier D.T Gamage.
