President Maithripala Sirisena addressing constituents of Mahiyanganaya at an election rally in support of the candidates contesting the February 10 local government elections.Ministers Nimal Siripala De Silva, Lakshman Seneviratne, Vijith Wijayamuni Zoysa, Sumedha Jayasena, Uva Province Governor M.P.
