About 1,164 road accident deaths in five months

During the past five months, about 1,164 persons have died in road accidents. During that period, about 1,093 fatal road accidents had taken place on roads countrywide.

Motorcycle accidents have caused the majority of these deaths and about 64 cyclists have died in these accidents.
