Rainbow College of Akkaraipattu held its annual concert and prize giving ‘Rain Drops Start to Showers’ at the Athaullah Auditorium, Akkaraipattu recently.
The ceremony was presided over by the Rainbow College Managing Director A S M Aspy.
Children showcased their multi-talents through songs, music, dance, speech, cultural events and many colourful items. The Chief Guest was Parliamentarian A L M.Nazeer. The special guests were Irakkamam Divisional Secretary M M Nazeer, Ampara District Pre-school Education Bureau Working Director and Retired Principal A C Saibudeen, Akkaraipattu Divisional Secretariat Early Child-Hood Development Officer M S Kareema and Alayadivembu Divisional Secretariat Chief Management Service Office M H Jainudeen.
Parents and well-wishers were also present. Guests handed out the prizes and certificates to students.
