Two missing boys found

The two boys of Kotadeniyawa, who were reported missing since November 23 last year were handed over to the Mirigama Police by a woman last morning, Police said.

The boys aged 10 and 12 are residents of Wattemulla, Banduragoda. According to Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Thladuwa,  the two children were to be handed over to the Kotadeniyawa Police by the Mirigama Police.

The Homicide and Organized Crimes Prevention Division of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) together with the Kotadeniyawa Police are conducting an investigation into the matter.

The Sri Lanka Police thanked all media which helped uncover the whereabouts of the two children since their disappearance.
