All students back to school from today

The Education Ministry has instructed principals to call all students to schools from today (14).

Education Ministry Additional Secretary (Schools Affairs) E. W. L. K. Egodawela said that the letter signed by Education Ministry Secretary Prof. Kapila Perera was sent to all principals on Friday (11) in this regard.

The Additional Secretary also said that the Principals have been instructed to obtain the approval of the Zonal Directors and act accordingly if it is difficult to bring all the students to schools due to the COVID pandemic.
