Higher Education State Minister Dr. Suren Raghavan said that Z-Score results in relation to university entrance 2023 will be issued within November. The State Minister said that requests are being received from students as well as parents to issue results soon as they need time to admit students to state universities.
He said that parents want their children who have not been selected for admission to be enrolled in private or foreign universities.

Dr. Raghavan said that arrangements have to be made to issue Z-Score marks. The State Minister also stressed the importance of protecting relevant data on cyberspace.
The State Minister said that steps will be taken to adopt security measures taking into account the incident of the cyber-attack on the data of the examination department’s website.
He said that he has decided to obtain views of the Parliamentarians to create a better higher education culture and to convert the State universities into internationally acceptable institutions. He said that he is expected to receive those views in November.
